Delivery terms depend on the type of order. Direct purchases and orders placed by quotation are subject to different rules.

Direct orders in Morocco

For standard direct purchases made on the website, delivery is free throughout Morocco, regardless of the product ordered.

Quotation orders and custom projects

For an order placed by quotation, a custom project, or a sale requiring special arrangements, the delivery terms and any applicable delivery cost are defined in the quotation or agreed with Artiland before confirmation.

Delivery times

The delivery time depends in particular on product availability, preparation, and, for custom-made items, the timeframe agreed with Artiland. The applicable information is communicated at the time of the order or in the quotation.

Receiving your order

At delivery, please check the condition of the product and its packaging as far as possible. In the event of visible transport damage or an incorrect product, contact Artiland ideally within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos where useful.

Non-conforming product after unpacking

If another non-conformity is identified after unpacking, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery so that our team can review the situation.
